Priority Processing & Shipping & Insurance OptionChoose Priority Service to receive your order as quickly as possible for just $1 more. This speeds both the order processing time and assures you of Priority Mail delivery. Priority orders will ship before standard orders in the order in which they are received. During our giant sales, we may require an additional day because of the volume. This option includes delivery insurance and delivery confirmation – protecting against loss by the US Post Office. Standard Order Processing OptionOur “Standard Order Processing” will generally get your order mailed from our warehouse within three business days – although during holidays and sales, this may take longer. Once mailed, your standard-processed order will get to you in 1-2 weeks. Standard shipping is shipped “best way” and may be a combination of ground and other means. Delivery times vary, but are generally 7-10 days from the time your order has been processed, packed, and shipped. Delivery InsuranceDelivery Insurance and Delivery Confirmation are included in Priority Service. You may purchase these options at additional cost, for your standard-service order. You can check your package’s delivery status on USPS.com. If your order is not shown as being delivered within four weeks after being shipped, we’ll replace your entire order at no cost to you. Just be sure to report lost parcels to us within two months from the time that you placed your order. If you need a replacement order prior to the local postal service completing their investigation of a missing shipment, you may request an advance shipment of the replacement order. We will charge your credit card for the replacement order, and if the postal service then reports that they have lost the package we will reimburse you for the replacement order. Delivery Insurance is only available to domestic addresses. If your address is not provided with postal insurance, packages sent there are uninsured and are at the purchasers’ own risk and you agree to not hold us responsible for lost parcels. APO addresses are not on the insured destination list and no insurance is provided for packages shipped to APO addresses. Important: Delivery insurance does not cover theft from your mailbox or any other loss after the USPS has confirmed delivery via their online system. Make sure that there’s a safe place for parcels to be delivered to your address. Before making a claim, you should contact your letter carrier and your postmaster regarding any missing packages. We will refund a maximum of two insurance claims per customer per year. Postage ChargesShipping charges are based upon the packaged weight of your order. Heavier items (such as albums) cost more to ship than lightweight items (like stickers). The weight includes internal packaging and the box itself, according to USPS regulations. We do not charge for zone distances within the US, so no matter where you live, your rates are the same. The exact shipping charges will be displayed before you are required to enter a credit card number or other payment information. APO AddressesWe ship to APO addresses via USPS Priority Mail at no additional cost, although there are some important things to note: There is no Delivery Confirmation available and therefore we do not provide Delivery Insurance to any APO address, even when the Priority Option has been selected. Orders to APO addresses require international customs paperwork which we will prepare at no additional cost to you. Because APO addresses are considered international destinations and must be processed as an international parcel, APO addresses are not eligible for discounted shipping incentives offered to US addresses. Priority Service to APO addresses may require one additional day for order processing because of customs paperwork processing times. Please allow three business days for us to prepare your order and the necessary customs documentation. Orders over four pounds will be shipped US Priority Mail. Shipping PromotionsOccasionally we advertise shipping promotions in our newsletters, advertisements, or web site. Due to the high costs of international shipping, these shipping promotions do not apply to international destinations unless the promotion specifically states otherwise. Our shipping rates are intended to only recover our actual costs (shipping, international paperwork, and special international packaging.) Other Important ConsiderationsThere are other important considerations when ordering internationally. Check our International Help Page for information about currency, exchange rates, taxes and duties. The postal imprint and customs paperwork does not reflect the entire postage and fees that we pay. Insurance charges and international merchant fees are paid separately by us. We do not show these on customs paperwork to help save you money so that you are not required to pay duties and VAT on these amounts. We cannot mark items as "gift" or under-report the value of your order to avoid taxes. We do report the lowest prices allowed, to help save you money.
